- A St. Louis, Missouri - based, advocate for the civil rights of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgendered individuals. PREP is a leader in the effort to prevent the radical right wing from imposing its extremist values on society. We work to counter the right wing and protect privacy rights through political, electoral and educational efforts. PREP works to ensure the right to privacy in the following areas: sexuality, reproduction and parenting, AIDS, anti-cohabitation ordinances, collection of information, drug testing, and equal rights.
