Edwardian home has been lovingly restored by Tony and Sam to provide five ensuite guestrooms including the Queens Suite with its private sun lounge. Two brand new apartments provide additional accommodation. Dorothy's still features the original Gothic style doorways, red brick and Banks Peninsula volcanic rock. There is a very large collection of Japanese, Edwardian and Art Nouveau antiques and art works throughout the house. Emphasising the freshest Canterbury produce, Dorothy's offers a la carte luncheons and dinner in the retaurant or alfresco. The fully licenced Rainbow Bar supplies award winning New Zealand wines and is decorated with Wizard of Oz memorabilia.
