CHESAPEAKE and POTOMAC SOFTBALL LEAGUE
The Chesapeake and Potomac Softball League (CAPS) was founded in 1983 to establish a friendly place for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered (G/L/B/T) people in the greater Washington/Baltimore metropolitan area to gather in an environment condusive to learn, enhance, and/or play the game of softball.
