- Outreach provides support to our LGBTQ residents in Madison and otherparts of WI. From peer counseling, a full service library, meeting space to calender guides and support groups, Outreach's mission is to be a vibrant and inclusive agent, dedicated to positive change for the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender communities, by providing services which nuture, strengthen, and celebrate our communities; educate and inform ourselves and the public; and advocate for social justice.
